Joint project - Availability-Optimisation of wind power plants (EVW)

IZP is leading the joint venture project “Increase of the availability for wind-power plants - development of reliability-referred management and maintenance strategies by wind-power plants with special consideration of the offshore conditions” which is founded by the Ministry of Environmental Affairs (BMU) until the end of 2009.

The project is a cooperation with A. Friedrich Flender AG (Herne), ENERTRAG AG (Dauerthal), Institut für Solare Energieversorgungstechnik, ISET e.V. (Kassel) and SAG Erwin Peters GmbH (Hamburg). Emphasis of our company within the project is the topic “Knowledge management and maintenance optimisation as methodical basis for the increase of the availability of wind-power plants".   read more...

RAMS/LCC–Analysis for Transtec Gotthard

In the context of the working group Transtec Gotthard the IZP Dresden has been involved with extensive RAMS/LCC analyses in the offer generation for the railway technology in the Gotthard Basistunnel.

The Gotthard Basistunnel will be the longest railway tunnel of the world and go into operation in the year 2017. In May 2007 the working group Transtec Gotthard received the engineering contract for the railway technology work of the Gotthard Basistunnel by the AlpTransit Gotthard AG. The order includes the planning, the installation and the start-up of railtrack, electricity supply, cable, telecommunications and protection systems.   read more...
