Fault Tree Analyses (FTA)
The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a qualitative or quantitative procedure that can be used to assess complex systems and failure events by looking at probability of occurrence and parameters of reliability and availability. The fault tree illustrates the cause and logic connections of failure events as a diagram.
