FMEA - Seminar

As participant of the seminar you will qualify to work independently as method specialist or expert in preparation of an FMEA. To this end an intensive seminar and group work is offered using real examples taken from the companies of the participants.

An FMEA is usually prepared by interdisciplinary working groups, consisting of responsible managers, method specialists and experts to recognize and avoid potential errors as soon as possible within the production development phase and to evaluate their effects on the individual product functions and/or process staffs. Contents and duration of the seminar can be customised to the needs of the participants.

Contents: Classification of FMEA methodology into the system of risk analyses Connections, responsibilities, working documents and evaluation options of the various FMEA types (Construction, system, process FMEA) Procedure of a system FMEA Costs and benefits, pro and cons of the procedure Preparation and discussion of examples Demonstration and application of suitable software solutions
