With con­stant­ly incre­asing pro­duct and pro­cess requi­re­ments, the need for well-trained spe­cia­lists in the field of relia­bi­li­ty, main­taina­bi­li­ty, safe­ty and LCC is also gro­wing. From our expe­ri­ence, we know that com­pa­nies often have to per­form tasks at very short noti­ce, such as

For such tasks, the desi­gna­ted employees often have to quick­ly fami­lia­ri­ze them­sel­ves with the sub­ject mat­ter. It is not uncom­mon for there to be errors or dis­cus­sions, which may lead to expen­si­ve design and docu­ment reworks and in the end may put the pro­ject behind bud­get and schedule.

Over the last 25 years, a lot of deve­lo­pers or plan­ners have atten­ded our indi­vi­du­al in-house trai­ning semi­nars or qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on courses.

We have often heard from our semi­nar par­ti­ci­pan­ts, that due to the high workload they can only free limi­t­ed time for exter­nal qualification.

What does the RAMS/LCC coaching of the IZP include?

We guide your employees based on the pen­ding pro­ject tasks and intro­du­ce the stan­dards rele­vant to your indus­try (e.g. EN 12100, EN 13849, EN 61508, EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 60300, etc. ) in order to fami­lia­ri­ze the coa­ching trai­nees into the prac­ti­cal metho­do­lo­gy of the requi­red RAMS/LCC work.

In this way, your staff will not be sepa­ra­ted from the ope­ra­tio­nal pro­ces­ses for trai­ning reasons and will be able to meet the requi­re­ments at short noti­ce with a high degree of per­so­nal respon­si­bi­li­ty. We sup­port your com­pa­ny in the imple­men­ta­ti­on of spe­ci­fic inter­nal and exter­nal RAMS/LCC requi­re­ments and, if neces­sa­ry, carry out sup­port­ing rese­arch in coor­di­na­ti­on with your team to solve pen­ding problems.

What approach do we use?

After con­clu­ding a non-disclosure agree­ment, we ana­ly­ze at a reasonable flat rate the spe­ci­fic tasks that your staff should be ent­rus­ted with in the short and medi­um term.

On that basis, we deter­mi­ne the scope of the coa­ching and the sche­du­le tog­e­ther with you.

We then sup­port your employees until they have met the requi­re­ments pla­ced on you.

At the end, we will give you a brief report on your expe­ri­en­ces with feed­back on the results achie­ved and recom­men­da­ti­ons for fur­ther qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on requi­re­ments and oppor­tu­ni­ties for impro­ve­ment in rela­ti­on to the neces­sa­ry pro­ces­ses in the project.

The employees invol­ved recei­ve a cer­ti­fi­ca­te of par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on with a refe­rence to the work con­tent mas­te­red with the coa­ching and the neces­sa­ry tech­ni­cal standards.
